We are excited to offer a season full of opportunities to play, compete, and enjoy the camaraderie that makes our club so special. Whether you’re an advanced player or new to the game, there’s something for everyone.
Pickleball Events
- Introduction to Pickleball Beginner Clinic (Adults). Tuesday, June 8, 2027 & Thursday, June 10, 2027: 6:00PM – 8:00 PM. Introduction to the game, player skills, safety and scoring. Wear tennis shoes, eye protection and comfortable clothing. Bring paddle and drinking water. $25 for non-members | Free to members. - Rotating Partner Pickleball Round Robin. The first Wednesday of each month (June 2, July 7, August 4). Held during morning Organized Play. Join us for fun Rotating Partner Round Robins from 9:00 – 11:00 AM. This is not a tournament — just an easy, social way to mix up partners and enjoy great games with players of all levels. We will be using four courts and can accommodate 16 players. Each Round Robin is an individual event; you can sign up for one or all three.
- Mixed Doubles Rotating Partners Pickleball Round Robin. Wednesday, June 16, 2027: 6:00 – 8:00 PM.
- Men’s Doubles Round Robin Pickleball Tourney. Tuesday July 13, 2027: 6:00 – 8:00 PM.
- Women’s Doubles Round Robin Pickleball Tourney. Thursday July 15, 2027: 6:00 – 8:00 PM.
- Ludington-Pentwater Pickleball Challenge at the PTPC courts. Saturday August 7, 2027: 9:00 AM – noon.
- Ludington-Pentwater Pickleball Social at the Ludington courts. Monday, August 30, 2027: Noon – 3:00 PM. This event is hosted by the Ludington Pickleball Club at Oriole Field. Just bring a dish to pass, a chair and of course your favorite pickleball paddle. It starts with a potluck and then moves into fun, relaxed social play. It’s a great way to meet new pickleball friends and enjoy time together in an easy, welcoming environment.

Women’s Welcome Back Tennis & Pickleball RR Breakfast Social
Thursday, June 11, 2027: 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Ladies—brush the dust off of your racquets and paddles and come join in the fun! A potluck breakfast will be served, followed by tennis and pickleball play. You are welcome to participate in tennis or pickleball play. You’re also welcome if you just want to come and socialize. Either way, we hope you’ll make plans to attend. This event is always one of the season favorites!

Women’s Pentwater/Lincoln Hills/Epworth Mixer
Wednesday, June 24, 2027: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
This event brings together women tennis players from three area clubs, including PTPC, Epworth and Lincoln Hills, for round-robin play. The host location rotates between the three clubs each year. This year’s location is PTPC, where we’ll play tennis, followed by lunch at Pentwater Yacht Club. Cost to be determined.

Evening Potluck Taco Bar Social
Thursday, June 17, 2027: 6:00 – 8:00 PM
Back by popular demand: Our June “Social” is a taco bar! If you’re not yet a member and are thinking about taking up Tennis and/or Pickleball, you’re welcome to attend and explore what the Club has to offer. Members are encouraged to bring an item for the taco bar (BYOB). You can play tennis/pickleball (4:30PM) or just come to eat and socialize. Dinner begins at 6:00PM.

Youth Tennis Clinic
Monday—Thursday: June 28 – July 1, 2027 (Ages 10 & under: 5:30-6:15 PM) (Ages 11 to 16: 6:30-7:45 PM)
Individualized and group instruction will be provided, along with the support of many volunteers. Camp participants will receive instruction that will foster fundamentals, skills, and fun. Participants will learn the basics of stance, grip, forehand, serving, and volley. The camp will provide participants an experience that will aid all levels of skill. Players will need to bring water and a racquet. Participants should be dressed in shorts, t-shirt and tennis shoes. T-shirt will be awarded to all those who complete the clinic (please register before June 15).

Pentwater vs. Ludington ‘Broken Toe’ Tennis Tournament
Saturday, July 10, 2027: 8:00 AM – noon.
The longstanding Broken Toe Double Pairs Tennis Tournament will take place at the Schoenherr Tennis Center in Ludington on Saturday, July 11, 2026. Warmup will begin at 8:00 am, with matches starting at 8:30. Participation is open to all PTPC tennis playing members. If you wish to participate as a player, please sign up to join the women’s group. Partners will be assigned by Men’s Captain-John DiPangrazio or Ladies’ Captain- Cindy DiPangrazio.

Memorial Mixed Doubles RR
Thursday, July 29, 2027: 5:30 – 7:30 PM
Join us for a fun evening of mixed doubles tennis with rotating partners! This is a recreational event designed to be more about enjoying the game, meeting other members, and having fun on the courts than keeping score or competing. The event is open to all PTPC tennis-playing members and their guests. Mixed doubles partners will rotate throughout the evening, giving everyone a chance to play with and against different players. After tennis, stick around for a potluck featuring heavy appetizers and desserts. BYOB. We hope to see lots of you on the courts—and around the table afterward!

Men’s and Womens Level 1 and Level 2 Tennis Mixer
Tuesday, August 3, 2027: 9:00 – 11:00 AM
Hey all you tennis playing fans! Whether you are Level 1 or Level 2 player, we hope you will participate in our mixed level tennis round robin on Thursday, August 5 from 9 – 11 AM. We will pair a Level 1 with a Level 2 player, and we’ll play a round robin format. We hope you will join us!

The Pentwater Homecoming Parade
Saturday, August 14, 2027: 3:30 PM
Who doesn’t love a parade? Come and march with us in the Pentwater Homecoming Parade. It is a fun walk that starts at the school, and ends at Cenzo’s Market. Participating Club members will distribute tennis balls and pickleballs to parade on-lookers. Please register to participate and show up at the school to help promote our club! Season Finale: Dinner Social/ Pickleball & Tennis Event
Sunday, August 22, 2027: 4:00 – 8:00 PM
Social—Season Finale Dinner and Pickleball & Tennis Play! Tennis and pickleball play will begin at 4:00 PM, and dinner will begin at 5:30. Don’t miss this fun event! Bring your drinks of choice and a hungry appetite. All PTPC members and their guests are welcome. No need to sign up for play—just show up. B ut please let us know how many will attend for dinner so that we can plan for the food. Dessert from 25 people is requested, the remainder of the meal is sponsored by PTPC, the Social Committee & generous donors. You can play and eat, just play, or just eat. The most important thing is for you to be there! Please use SignUpGenius to RSVP before the designated deadline so that we can plan for the food. After the first 125 sign-ups a waitlist will be started. Hope to see you all there!

We’ll start with a potluck lunch, and then move into fun, relaxed social play. It’s a great way to meet new pickleball friends and enjoy time together in an easy, welcoming environment.

Annual Members Meeting
Tuesday, August 31, 2027: 5:30 – 7:30 PM at Park Place
There are major benefits to bringing our membership together for an annual meeting with the Board of Directors. Our members benefit by getting a chance to voice their interests, share ideas and get involved in the planning process. Our Board is able to get equipped with the topics and trends our members care most about, and build out their agenda accordingly. All members are encouraged to attend. Meal will be served afterwards including pizza, salad and dessert. BYOB.
